Marian Moszoro earned his PhD in Economics in 2004 from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). His dissertation on Public-Private Partnerships was highly commended and published as a book with two editions. In 2005-2006, he was appointed Undersecretary of State and Deputy Minister of Finance of Poland, the youngest ever in the history of the Ministry. In 2009-2011, he was a visiting scholar at Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley under Nobel laureate economist Oliver Williamson. Presently, he is professor of finance and policy research fellow of the Public-Private Sector Research Center at IESE Business School, Barcelona.

Prof. Moszoro has in-field experience in various industries and has been consultant in corporate finance, strategy, and public-private partnerships. He relates his professional experience to cutting-edge research and true passion for teaching. His Project Finance MBA course at the Warsaw Executive MBA was voted by students the best course for three years in a row.

Prof. Moszoro has published four books, several academic papers, and more than 15 teaching cases. His areas of current research are project finance, public-private hybrids, business & public policy, and risk allocation in infrastructure development.
