The highly dynamic and practical case study method, which was first developed at Harvard Business School, is the main methodological tool used in my courses. While other complementary teaching methods such as lectures and simulations in the classroom are often employed, the case study method is the central approach used.

Through the use of research-based business cases, students and me myself engage in a process of analysis and in-depth discussion of the real-life challenges faced by companies worldwide. We will use cases from HBS, IESE, and cases written by me, both in English and Polish.

Before engaging in a case method-based course, I recommend you to look over www.hbs.edu/case, in order to learn more about the case-class dynamics.
